Hey there, fellow fragrance lover! We want you to absolutely adore the scents we blend with love and groove. If, for any reason, the scent isn’t hitting the right note for you, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered with our hassle-free exchange policy.
Here’s the scoop:
- No Returns, Only Exchanges: We don’t do returns, but we’re all about second chances! Bring your candle or home fragrance back (as long as it’s unused) and we’ll help you swap it out for something that vibes better with your senses.
- Unused, Please: We know our candles, wax melts, and other smelly good products smell amazing, but they need to be unlit and unopened to qualify for an exchange.
Our goal is to make sure every candle lights up your life in the best way possible. So, if something’s off, we’re here to make it right—no hard feelings, just good vibes and even better scents!
T-Shirts: Exchange Policy
We know finding the perfect tee can be like finding your favorite song – it’s gotta fit just right! That’s why we offer exchanges if your new favorite t-shirt didn’t turn out to be as perfect as you thought.
Here’s how it works:
- Exchanges Only: No returns here, but we’ll happily help you swap your unworn tee for a different size or style that’ll have you feeling cool and comfy in no time!
- Keep it Fresh: Make sure the shirt’s unworn and unwashed and still has the tags on – we can only exchange tees that are as fresh as the day they left our hands!
