I can't help but gush about this song—it's just so darn amazing! Seriously, it's the kind of song that brings a tear to my eye, in the best possible way. My dad had requested an apple pie scent. At first, I thought I'd whip it up just for him as a special treat. But once I nailed the scent, I realized it had to be part of our product line. Finding the right name for scents is sometimes a challenge, but this one was simple. I mean, no song could truly capture the magic of my Grams' famous apple pie. But this song has always reminded me of my dad, my awesome kids, and my incredible grandparents. It's a tribute to the people who mean the world to me. Sadly, nobody will ever make a pie like my Grams' again, and that sucks. But you know what? I'm raising my boys to be the good in the world that my Grams and Gramps were. The boys (who are twins) are often referred to as Lynyrd and Skynyrd, so things sometimes end up full circle. Life's funny that way, isn't it?
